Julia Roberts es una de las actrices en la actualidad que más admiro, no sólo por su maestría cuando se pone en la piel de cualquiera de los personajes que interpreta, sino también por su belleza y elegancia particular y, sobre todo, por su fuerte personalidad.

Sus gustos en cuanto a moda se refiere, quedaron patentes al lucir un vestido vintage de Valentino en blanco y negro cuando recogió el Oscar por "Erin Brokovich". Rechaza el estilo ostentoso, incluso cuando luce joyas, ya que prefiere que sean discretas. En su día a día, la tónica general son prendas básicas, como camisetas, pantalones denim, vestidos holgados, con botas informales o sandalia plana en verano.

Julia Roberts is one of the actresses today that I admire most, not only for her mastery when it gets into the skin of any of the characters she plays, but also for her beauty and unique elegance and, above all, for her strong personality.

Her taste in fashion is concerned, were evident to wear a vintage Valentino dress in black and white when picked up the Oscar for "Erin Brokovich". Rejects the ostentatious style, even when jewelry looks, preferring to be discrete. Every day, the general trend are basic items like T-shirts, denim pants, baggy dresses with casual boots or flat sandals in summer.

Andrés Velencoso and H.E. by MANGO

Hoy, por primera vez, dedico un post a la moda masculina, y es que no he podido resistir a recrearme en las imágenes de este hombre tan bello y carismático que es nuestro Andrés Velencoso. Supongo que también ha influido mi estancia reciente en Tossa de Mar, lugar de nacimiento y juventud del modelo. Como anécdota, os diré que durante estos días he frecuentado el restaurante propiedad de su familia, “Casa Andrés”, y os puedo asegurar que me he sentido estupendamente tratada. He podido saborear el delicioso mojito que elaboran y la especialidad de la casa, la fabulosa sangría de cava, con una fórmula secreta de su tío, perfectamente guardada, que convierte este refresco tan veraniego en el súmmum de las sangrías. Sin duda, repetiré!

A lo que íbamos, el propósito de este post es comentaros y mostraros cómo Andrés Velencoso, el modelo español más internacional del momento, repite esta temporada como imagen de H.E. by Mango presentando las nuevas tendencias para el próximo otoño-invierno.

Para la presentación de la campaña, el  fotógrafo y blogger Scott Schuman (The Sartorialist) ha sido el encargado de retratar al modelo por las calles del Born de Barcelona.

Las tendencias que propone Mango línea masculina para el próximo otoño-invierno 2013-2014, es un estilo smart casual inspirado en la generación beat y el vintage más americano (me encanta!). Colores tierra, caquis y granates, con un toque de lavado. Se añade, asimismo, la colección “urban nature”, una tendencia inspirada en las ciudades verdes, donde la temática rural se mezcla con el estilo más sofisticado con prendas urbanas para el día a día. Además, la colección “suite Premium” aporta trajes con el Classic Fit y prendas  de estilo business.

Today , for the first time , I dedicate this post to men's fashion, and I could not resist to dwell on the images of this so beautiful and charismatic man who is our Andrés Velencoso. I guess he has influenced my recent stay in Tossa de Mar , place of birth and youth of the model. Anecdotally , I will say that these days I have frequented the restaurant owned by his family, " Casa Andrés", and I can assure you that I have been treated wonderfully. I could taste the delicious mojito they produce and the house specialty, the fabulous champagne sangria, with a secret formula of his uncle, perfectly kept, which makes this drink so summery in the acme of sangria. No doubt, repeat !

The purpose of this post is to mention to you and show you how to Andrés Velencoso, the most international Spanish model time, repeat this season as image HE by Mango presenting new trends for next autumn - winter.
For the presentation of the campaign, photographer and blogger Scott Schuman (The Sartorialist) has been commissioned to portray the model through the streets of  Born in Barcelona.

Trends Mango menswear line proposed for next autumn-winter 2013-2014 , is a smart casual style inspired by the Beat Generation and more American Vintage (I love!). Earth colors, khaki and burgundy , they seem washed.  It adds also the collection "urban nature" , a trend inspired green cities, where rural issues mixed with sophisticated style urban clothing for day to day. In addition, the collection "suite Premium" provides suits with the Classic Fit and style garments business.
